The newly launched ZWO Seestar S30 Pro is now open for pre‑order at a retail price of HK$3,320. A 10% deposit is required to secure the reservation. The manufacturer currently expects to begin shipping in batches starting from January 2026. Once the factory confirms the exact shipping schedule, Galaxy Scientific Group will notify customers according to the pre‑order sequence to settle the remaining balance and arrange delivery. Delivery will be completed within 2 months from the date the deposit is paid; if delivery cannot be fulfilled within this period, the deposit will be fully refunded.
Customers who purchase the S30 Pro from Galaxy Scientific Group during January 2026 will be entitled to one complimentary participation in a Tai Mei Tuk stargazing session (date to be announced). The session must be attended within 3 months after receiving the product; otherwise, the entitlement will be considered forfeited. Interested customers may contact us after placing their order.
Galaxy Scientific Group is also launching a Trade‑In Program with a quota of 10 participants, limited to customers who previously purchased the Seestar S30 from our store. Interested customers may complete the Google Form, and our staff will contact you via WhatsApp. The S30 unit must be submitted to our Fo Tan workshop for inspection and testing. Upon confirming that the unit is in good condition, customers will receive an HK$800 cash rebate or credit to the eshop wallet. Galaxy Scientific Group reserves the final right to accept or reject any trade‑in unit, and participants shall not dispute the decision.
Note: Customers participating in the Trade‑In Program must first place a pre‑order for the Seestar S30 Pro via the eshop. The Google Form must include the original S30 purchase order number, the S30 Pro pre‑order number, and the WhatsApp contact number that matches the one used for the eshop order.

The Trade‑In Program and the Seestar S30 Pro pre‑order are two separate processes. In general, as long as the S30 was purchased from our store, used normally, not modified or disassembled, and remains in good condition, we will accept it after inspection.
If a customer places a pre‑order specifically for the Trade‑In Program and later discovers that the quota is full, we may assist with a deposit refund depending on the situation. Customers may choose either a cash refund with a HK$10 administrative fee deducted, or a full refund to the eshop wallet. We also hope customers understand that the Trade‑In Program is designed primarily for upgrade purposes and may not be applicable in all situations. Galaxy Scientific Group reserves the final right to accept or reject any trade‑in unit, and participants shall not dispute the decision.
If customers are unsure whether their Seestar S30 qualifies, they may bring the unit to our Fo Tan workshop for inspection before placing an order. However, please note that the quota may be full by then, and the pre‑order sequence—and therefore the delivery schedule—may be affected accordingly.
