DWARFLAB DRACO Smart Observatory (Standard Edition)
The DWARFLAB DRACO (Standard Edition) is a portable 5.5 kg all-in-one smart observatory designed for general deep-sky imaging, solar system targets, and versatile multi-scenario astronomy. Featuring a 90 mm aperture, 340 mm focal length, fast f/3.8 optics, a 1/1.3-inch primary telephoto camera, and a 1/1.8-inch wide-angle camera, Draco supports 300-second single-frame exposures, a built-in guide scope, physical CMOS field rotation, and EQ Mode tracking. The Standard Edition features an internal, automatically switching solar filter, making it the ideal versatile setup for general astrophotography, solar imaging, Milky Way scenes, and deep-sky targets.
(Solar Warning: Solar imaging must strictly follow the in-app safety guide at all times. The Standard Edition utilizes an internal automatic solar filter. Never point the telescope directly at the Sun outside the approved solar workflow.)
【Key Features & Technical Highlights】
All-Round Multi-Scenario Imaging: Tailored for general deep-sky targets, planetary/lunar imaging, solar observation, Milky Way panoramas, and landscape astrophotography.
Built-in Automatic Solar Filter: Integrated internal solar filter automatically engages in solar mode for safe, hassle-free solar and eclipse imaging.
90mm Aperture & Fast Optics: 90 mm aperture paired with f/3.8 optics gathers ample light to reveal faint deep-sky structures.
Dual Camera System: Features a 1/1.3-inch flagship telephoto camera and a 1/1.8-inch wide-angle camera with simultaneous dual-lens capture capability.
Built-in Guiding & 300-Second Exposures: Integrated guide scope ensures rock-steady tracking for single-frame exposures up to 300 seconds.
Active Cooling & Automated Dew Prevention: Active CMOS cooling reduces noise at the source, while recycled sensor heat prevents lens fogging in cold environments.
Physical CMOS Rotation: Enables physical rotation of the sensor for free-angle composition in portrait, landscape, or diagonal orientations.
Field-Ready Protection & Power: 5.5 kg integrated body featuring IP56 protection, -20°C to 45°C operating range, and a 5-hour internal battery. Includes an aluminum-alloy tripod with TPR foot pads.
